NOTES ON SEATING
In the spirit of community and togetherness, we are planning a seated program for the live auction again. Dinner will be served family style at each table.
Tickets are purchased individually, and tables will be assigned by the auction team*. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but requests are not guaranteed. If you have a preference to be seated with parents from a certain grade or with specific friends or family, please list those requests below in the 'group name' section.
*Event sponsors at levels Silver and Gold will invite guests to sit at their table.
Important Update: A New Format for this Year's Paddle Raise
This year, we are simplifying our fundraising efforts by consolidating our two paddle raises into a single, focused paddle raise. All funds raised go directly to St. Clare School, with 50% dedicated to our endowment fund to secure the long-term future of the school, and 50% allocated to the special appeal, which will support Arts and Technology, including a set of new iPads and Chromebooks, a set of Ukuleles for our music program, an outdoor stage for students to explore dramatic play during recess, and a new sink in the art room.
